A Community Registration and Reporting Tool

is an appilcation which is a part of the whole UMVA System. The purpose of this application is to register details of each communities in Burundi (at present) and will be expanding soon to other African countries. The details rely on what we called are Pillars. Pillars are, as the word gives the meaning, are the aspects on which growth and development of the country relies on. There are 6 pillars in total.

They are : Governance, Health, Education, Social, Finance, Work and Income. These pillars include factors that express different situation each community is in. At present we have Sociodemographic factors, Problems, Business Opportunities, Equipments, Facilities, Project and Activities, SIFI Report, Gap4a Report and Registration Report.

Agents (also known as Group Leader) addressed to their respective groups enter data in these factors. The goal here is to calculate the collected data and generated as report at Country Level to see whats happening around the country, to understand what the problems are and what can be done to solve each of them. To understand economy of each place and boost them.
